Return Policy

At GEORGE & V we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return eligible items within 14 days of purchase. Please review our return policy below:

Return Period 
- Items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date to qualify for a store credit.

Non-Returnable Items 
- For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Return  
1. Ensure your item is in its original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.
2. Contact our customer service team at returns@georgeandv.com to initiate your return and receive a return authorization.
3. Ship the item back to us using a traceable shipping method. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Final Sale Items
- Items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for returns or refunds.
